Reduce noise in your USB audio playback with the iFi AUDIO iSilencer+ USB Type-A Noise Filter. This device is designed to eliminate noise caused by EMI and RFI through USB. It has a gold-plated USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A input and a Type-A output.
Plug and Play Pop-Free
Electrical noise over USB causes errors, data loss, and poor signal integrity, creating pops, clicks, and delays in your audio. The iSilencer+ is designed to solve this by plugging into the USB port as a link between your computer and DAC to remove both EMI and RFI at the source to provide clearer, warmer music with enhanced bass.
Double Down
In addition to plugging the iSilencer+ into the active USB port between your computer and DAC, it can also be plugged into an unused USB port to further reduce radiated DMI. Each time the number of iSilencer+ units is doubled, reduction capacity doubles.
Active Noise Cancellation II & REBalance Technology
Active Noise Cancellation II technology helps decrease noise by generating a signal identical to that of the incoming electrical noise, but in the opposite phase, actively cancelling it out to remove low- and mid-frequency noise. Passive insulating filters deal with higher frequency interference, lowering the noise floor by up to 40 dB. REBalance technology helps reduce clicks caused by jitter. It re-balances the signal to help ensure that the digital signal received by your DAC is identical to the original source.
