Ninjavan Standard (3-5 working days, FREE)
All Singapore orders will automatically qualify for FREE delivery via Ninjavan. Deliveries typically made in 3 to 5 working days 9AM-10PM. Some delays are expected during peak shopping periods and long weekend holidays in the current climate. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Ninjavan Express (2-3 working days, $5)
Deliveries typically made in 2 to 3 working days. Eligible to re-schedule deliveries on Saturday at courier's discretion.
- Grab Express (1 working day, $15-$50)
Subject to weight, driver availability, distance and location. Estimated cost will be shown at checkout. Certain locations (e.g. Tuas) may be challenging to find a driver. If we are unable to find a driver and you have selected and paid for this option, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund of this delivery method.
- Corporate Orders (varies by order)
Your corporate account manager will contact you to arrange.
Please ensure your mobile phone number and shipping address provided is accurate and complete (incl. floor and unit) number to avoid any further delays. A return fee and re-delivery fee will be levied by the courier and will be borne by the recipient if the details provided are incorrect.
Most shipments headed outside of Singapore will ship with FedEx and arrive in the destination country within 2-6 business days. Services available:
- FedEx International Priority (2-3 working days)
- FedEx International Economy (4-6 working days)

Delivery & Shipping FAQ
What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Our 3rd party courier (Ninjavan / Grab / FedEx) will send you an SMS and/or email informing you of an estimated delivery date. You may contact the courier to re-arrange a preferred delivery time.
Can I opt for my delivery to be made at a specific time?
(1) For residential addresses, deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9AM to 10PM
(2) For office addresses, deliveries are made on Monday to Friday, between 9AM to 6PM

Can my package be delivered on weekends?

How do I change the delivery address of my order?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll try to change your address if the order has yet to be dispatched. An administration fee of S$10 will apply to all orders that have yet to be shipped. A change of delivery address after the package has been shipped is not permitted. You will need to contact the courier directly to change your address.

Where is my tracking number? How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing an order. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive another email with the tracking number with instructions on how to track your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. During peak shopping periods or long weekends, please allow additional time for processing. On weekdays, orders placed before 5pm will be processed the same day. On weekends, orders placed after 12pm on Saturdays will be processed the following Monday or next working day.
Why is my tracking number "not found" on Ninjavan / Grab / FedEx website?
We may have pre-assigned a tracking number to your package however the courier driver may not have picked up or missed out on scanning the package during the pickup process. Please allow up to 24 hours for system to update their tracking database and try again.
