As we move into the busiest time of the year, we have been making preparations and refinements to ensure all e-commerce and online orders are processed as swiftly as possible from 12/12 into Christmas, and end-of-year holiday season. For this period, we would like to re-align on delivery expectations as our delivery partners have pre-informed us that this surge in online sales from last minute shoppers is expected to increase delivery volumes and thus is likely to result in delivery delays.

Order Processing

Our shipping partners has imposed very strict cut off times and as a result, orders will now only be processed Mondays to Fridays 9am to 4pm. Orders placed after these times, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day. Due to the higher than usual volumes, we do have to apologize in advance if your order may take slightly longer to process.

Order Fulfillment

To ensure quicker delivery, we have contracted multiple couriers (Singpost, Speedpost, Ninjavan & TAQBIN) to fulfill your orders and you may have received a tracking number from one of these couriers.

Free SG Delivery

All Singapore orders above S$150 will automatically qualify for free delivery via Singpost normal mail. Please note that no tracking number is provided. Deliveries typically made in 4 to 5 working days.

During this period, please allow up to 1 week for items to be delivered.

Singpost Smartpac

For S$6.99 you get discreet, reliable, and secure delivery service to any Singapore address with Smartpac. Includes tracking number. Deliveries typically made in 3 to 4 working days.

During this period, please allow up to 4-5 days for items to be delivered.

Speedpost Door To Door Delivery

For S$9.99 you get reliable and secure delivery service to any Singapore address (homes, offices and hotels) with Speedpost. Includes tracking number, email and SMS notifications plus re-delivery service. Deliveries typically made in 2 to 3 working days.

During this period, please allow up to 3-4 days for items to be delivered.
