ON A TRIPOD

FOX can be attached to conventional microphone arms via the 3/8" thread and tripods can be attached. For use on a tripod with 5/8" thread we recommend an adapter.

Is FOX compatible to Windows and Mac?

Yes. FOX uses standard USB 2.0 drivers and is compatible to Windows and Mac as long as USB 2.0 devices are supported.

Can I mount the microphone on an regular stand?

Yes. Simply unscrew the screw under the desktop stand (you can use a screwdriver or a coin) and mount it on a 3/8” thread with the still attached hinge (stand adaptor). For US threads please use an 3/8"" to 5/8” adapter.

How should FOX be positioned for a speech recording?

For optimal speech recording, we generally recommend positioning FOX in right angle to your mouth.
