Add the compatible gooseneck XLR microphone of your choice to your Dante audio network with the ATND8677a Desktop Stand from Audio-Technica. Designed for conferencing, sound reinforcement, instruction, and similar applications, the sturdy metal base features non-slip pads to stay in place and protect surfaces. The stand connects to your network via a single Ethernet cable, which also supplies it with PoE (Power over Ethernet). This version also offers plug-and-play compatibility with AES67 networks.
The base features a standard 3-pin female XLR input ready to accept a wide variety of gooseneck microphones and a switch underneath enables 12V phantom power for mics that require it. Also, on the bottom, is a UniSteep filter switch that allows you to filter out low-end frequencies below 80 Hz for clearer, more intelligible speech. Just beside it is a three-position gain switch that allows you to easily accommodate speakers at different volume levels.
For user control functions, a touch-sensitive capacitive-type switch offers Local control options including muting, touch-to-talk, and touch-to-mute. In Remote mode, the switch be programmed to control a host of functions over Dante including camera positions and lighting presets.
